Due to the heavy weight of your heat pump, we carefully shrink-wrap it, secure it to a pallet, and ship it via LTL freight, which requires a physical address. While freight shipping typically takes longer than standard delivery, it is the best way to ensure your heat pump arrives safely and undamaged. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery. Before signing for your heat pump, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage, do not accept the unit. Make a note of the damage on the driver’s bill of lading, and the driver will take the unit back. Then, contact us, and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent right away. Please note, if you sign the delivery document confirming that the equipment was received in good condition, we cannot file a claim with the freight company and will be unable to offer a refund for damaged items.

Returns must be within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us using eBay messaging and we will provide you with a return authorization number. Please note the following return requirements:

 1. Returned items must be shipped to the originating warehouse. Please contact us for the correct shipping address.

2. Mini split and central air systems must be shipped by an LTL freight company in the same manner in which they were originally shipped, i.e.,  shrink wrapped and strapped to a pallet. Do not attempt to use eBay provided labels because USPS, FEDEX, and UPS do not support the weight of the units, and any shipping method other than LTL freight will damage the system components.

3. To qualify for a refund,returns must be in original packaging, unmarked, & unused. If a return appears used, arrives damaged, or needs to be reboxed, the return may be refused. When we receive your return & it passes inspection, we will issue your refund.
